Due to the limited number of garages available at VIR, garage assignments will be handled using a lottery system. Garages will rent for $2,500 for the entire events including test days. Drivers interested in reserving a garage for the 2022 Runoffs will be invited to purchase a garage lottery event entry. Garage Lottery Event Entries can be purchased beginning June 27, 2022. Each garage lottery event entry will cost the equivalent of a 2022 SCCA Runoffs event entry ($1,025). Upon check-out, your credit/debit card will be charged for each garage lottery event entry in your cart (NOTE: This does not register you for the event, it only purchases the lottery entry.) Everyone that purchases a garage lottery event entry will receive a credit of $1,025 on their MotorsportReg.com account to be applied to their 2022 Runoffs entry. You will be entered into the lottery one time for each paid event entry. The garage lottery will close on July
27.
Names will be drawn at random for each available garage until the 18 spaces are filled. The remaining names will be drawn randomly to create the wait-list order. Those receiving a garage will be notified by July 31. The garage reservation(s) fee of $2,500 per garage will be added to your Runoffs event registration on MotorsportReg.com and your credit card on file will be charged immediately. If you do not receive a garage assignment, you will choose a space on August 24th when Single-car Paddock reservations open.
The garage lottery event entry (value $1,025) is not subject to the cancellation and refund policy stated in the 2022 Runoffs supplemental regulations. The lottery event entry may be cancelled without penalty prior to the garage lottery drawing. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements and do not qualify for the 2022 Runoffs, your event entry and garage fee will be refunded in full. Once purchased and assigned garages are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
If you need to cancel your garage for any reason (other than ineligibility), please do so in writing to runoffs@scca.com. A cancellation fee may apply to the $2,500 garage reservation fee; please see the 2022 SCCA Runoffs Supplemental Regulations. Garages that are cancelled will be returned to SCCA and offered to the next person on the wait-list. Any garages that are not assigned/rented once the waitlist has been cleared will be included as available spots in the parking reservation system.

- 18 Garages; 15’ x 30’ = $2500 for the full week, including SCCA test days, qualifying and race days.
- Includes 15’ x 90’ rig parking space
- 15 bays are “open bay” with no partition walls, perfect for teams. (#1-3; #4-6; #7-9; #10-12; #13-15)
- 3 bays are “private” single partition units (#16-#18)
Cancellation of Garage Lottery Entry: A garage lottery event entry may be canceled without penalty prior July 27, 2022 and the garage lottery drawing. After the drawing has occurred, you may cancel the event entry if the credit has not been redeemed, however a 50% cancellation fee will apply ($512.50.) Once purchased and assigned garages are NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements and do not qualify for the 2022 Runoffs, your event entry and garage fee will be refunded in full.
Cancellation of Garage and/or Paddock Reservation: Written requests for cancellation of garage or paddock reservations received by September 14, 2022 will receive a full refund of reservation fees or deposits, if any. Written requests for cancellation of garage and/or paddock reservations received between September 15 and September 26 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the total garage rental or paddock fee. No refund requests will be accepted after September 26.
